Graduation photos as promised!

Check out the slideshow above, I think I figured it out! These are just a few photos from graduation. It was very, very rewarding. As I waddled through the mud I just kept reminding myself how big of a deal this was. I really appreciate all the congrats and well wishes! It was pretty neat when they called my name with highest honors. There were only a few of us who accomplished that (same as summa cum laude just in English!) so that was really, really neat.

If you get a chance please tell Jaime congratulations on graduation from Marian on Saturday with highest honors in the MAP program!

I'm so proud of her not only becuase of the honors but for sticking with it and seeing it through to the end. To be able to juggle it between work, home, and all the other things that kept us busy the past years in a job in itself!

I'm one proud husband!!!

The Night Before...

Graduation! We just got home from a nice dinner out along with a little shopping. We swung through Wal Mart to pick up a few things for tomorrow (new makeup, shoe inserts, fake wedding ring - more later on that one) and also through Best Buy just for fun.

It's been an eventful week - for those that haven't heard I (Jaime) got to spend a night in the hospital last weekend. Everything is fine with the baby, and ultimately I'm okay too. I was having an issue with my kidneys and they got it all resolved for now. That kinda screwed up my plans for the week so I feel a bit behind.

Oh - and about that ring! I'll post graduation pics soon, and then you will see how pregnant I finally look. I can still get my wedding ring on, but I worry one of these days I won't be able to get it off! To be on the safe side I picked up a cheap wedding band tonight to wear so everyone knows I'm married. :) I'm pretty glad that the ceremony is tomorrow - another day or two and we would have had a situation with the gown!
